Weather was far from ideal but we went to the pool one afternoon and while it was open, no pool towels were set out. The hotel staff could not figure out why we had this problem. Finally we had to log in and select the premier internet at $10 per day but did get a credit. However after that we got message that we had exceeded our device limit even though we had not. A few examples - the first night 5he Wi-Fi in room worked great for the 2 device limit.
The hotel is nicely located and the staff was friendly - one front desk person went out of her way to be helpful but follow thru by others was poor. We spent three nights in October and came away disappointed.
